Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the La Callejera website (lacallejera.com) and the tour services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
La Callejera offers guided street art walking tours. Our available tour types, schedules, group sizes, and pricing are described on our website and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tour offering at any time with reasonable notice.
Bookings and Reservations
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
By making a booking you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are booking with the consent of a parent or guardian
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of any additional guests in your party
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellation and Refunds
By you: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable. To cancel, email us at hola@lacallejera.com with your booking details.
By us: If we must cancel a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur (such as travel or accommodation) in connection with a cancelled tour.
Conduct on Tour
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow guests, local residents, and the art and property we visit. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or endangers others.
Photography is encouraged on all tours. However, guests must respect any "no photography" requests from private property owners or artists. Do not touch, deface, or damage any artwork or property during a tour.
Health, Safety, and Physical Requirements
Our tours involve walking on urban streets, often over uneven terrain, for 2–4 hours. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate. Please inform us of any accessibility needs at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Guests participate in tours at their own risk. La Callejera is not liable for personal injury, illness, or property loss or damage that occurs during a tour unless caused by our direct negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the La Callejera website — including text, photographs, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to La Callejera and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission. Artwork depicted in our photos remains the intellectual property of the respective artists.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific tour outcome will be achieved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Callejera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Callejera, its guides, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your conduct during a tour, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where La Callejera is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
